New GFCI 30A pedestals installed in 2022 for the East half of the marina with plans to fully update the pedestals on the West side in the near future.

Park right in front of your boat! No need for a long haul, plus additional parking available for your friends and family.
Shower & Restroom Facilities
Current facilities are located in the Clubhouse. Future plans for a second restroom/shower facility are in the works to accommodate dockers closest to the bridge.
Docker’s Clubhouse & WiFi Internet
MODYC clubhouse with special docker’s only events and yearly member rendezvous. Password protected 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz high speed wireless internet access offered on the Parsons Marina network.
